Day 01 : Arrival Cape Town
Upon
arrival, meet & greet by our Representative. Private transfer from Cape
Town International Airport to the hotel Check in and freshen up.
Day 02 : Cape Town
Breakfast
at the hotel Morning City Tour of Cape Town including Table Mountain. This tour
gives you the opportunity to discover the spirit of the Mother City, experience

include: Table Mountain – weather permitting (otherwise Signal Hill), Scenic

Day 03 : Cape Town
Breakfast
at the hotel Full day Cape Point Tour. Join us on Africa's premier tour route
to the romantic meeting place of the Indian & Atlantic Oceans. Sir Francis
Drake the explorer called it "the fairest Cape that we saw in the
circumference of the Globe" This tour offers a full and exciting day out.
Includes: Hout Bay, 30-minute cruise to the seal colony in a glass bottom boat
(weather permitting), Cape Point nature reserve, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope,
stop for lunch at Fish Hoek Galley (optional ) - swimming in Indian ocean

Day 04 : Cape Town - Johannesburg - Suncity
Breakfast
at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to Cape town Airport. Flight to
Johannesburg (not included in the rate). Upon arrival, SIC transfer to Sun
City. On arrival at Sun City, check in and freshen up.
Day 05 : Suncity

Day 06 : Suncity - Johannesburg

Cancellation
You may cancel your booking by
contacting your tour organizer and present such request in writing. However, in
the following cases you shall be deemed to have cancelled the tour even if no
cancellation notice is issued by you:

In case of visa rejection,
you would be deemed to have cancelled on the date of intimation of such
rejection

If you fail to pay the
total tour costs in time or if you commit any other default in relation to your
booking, we may treat such failure or default as a cancellation of the booking
by you. In such case, the cancellation charges shall be computed with reference
to the date on which we issue you a notice of cancellation

If you fail to make any
payment, the booking shall be deemed to have been cancelled by you without any
advance notice, inviting the highest cancellation charge.
Cancellation Fees
If cancellation request is
received, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:
Ø Initial Booking amount of Rs. 25,000 for South Africa is
Non-refundable
Ø 50 Percent of the Tour cost will be charged – 30 Days Prior to the
Departure Date.
Ø 100 Percent of the Tour cost will be charged – 15 Days Prior to the
Departure Date.
